The End of Year (EOY) Sheet is located under the HR Operations module and provides a comprehensive summary of employee working details throughout the academic year. This tool is essential for tracking performance, managing contracts, and conducting year-end evaluations.

At the top of the EOY Sheet, you'll find the employee's key information displayed in an organized card format:

Employee Details

  • 👤 Name: Employee's full name with profile picture
  • 💼 Role & Department: Position title and department assignment
  • 📅 Joining Date: Official start date with the organization
  • ⏱️ Contract Mins: Weekly contracted minutes/hours
  • 🎯 Experience: Years of relevant experience
  • 📋 Type: Employment type (Fulltime, Part-time, Contract)
  • 📚 Teaching Mins: Teaching hours allocated (if applicable)

The Profile section displays comprehensive contractual information for the selected academic year:

  • Revised Contract: 1st July 2023
  • First Class Date: 15th Jan 2023
